Does the product not meet expectations or have you unexpectedly ordered the wrong product? Then you as a consumer have the right to register your product(s) for return up to 14 days after delivery. It is possible to return products and get your money back if your return request has been approved by us, the products have been returned within 14 days and we have received, checked and processed them in good order. Business purchases are excluded from the right of return.

Before returning your products, complete the returns form .

You are responsible for return shipping and costs. You can send the products yourself, drop them off or have us pick them up. Make sure that fragile products are always shipped safely!

PLEASE NOTE: Before you return products, this must be confirmed by DKD Sanitair. This is an email stating that your return has been accepted, not the confirmation email.


You can cancel your order free of charge until the order has been shipped. This does not apply to special order items. If it is a special order item, you will be notified. You can submit your cancellation by email to or by telephone to our customer service: 075 207 7500 .

Method of return

To return your order, you must complete the returns form . Then our toppers will contact you. The return address differs from our showroom address, so you can send returns to: Dorpsstraat 27a, 1531 HA Wormer.

Sanitairkamer only accepts returns if it meets the following requirements:

– The product is complete and, if possible, in the original packaging and in its original condition.
Make sure that the supplied boxes are neatly wrapped around the products to avoid discussions and receive 100% reimbursement.
– The product is unused / unassembled if possible.
– The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
– The item has been received by us within 14 days after approval of the return request.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a purchase that concerns the delivery of:

– Products manufactured to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person.
– Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
– Products that are irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be processed.

If the package is lost during return, DKD Sanitair is not responsible. We therefore advise you to send the package by registered mail. Before you return an order, you must complete a return request. Is the product you received damaged? Please contact us with us.
